Maggie is the founder of Nothing But Crumbs LLC. of Alfred, Maine. As a mother of two, she has found a passion for baking as a way to provide her kids with high quality foods and snacks. This started off with simply recreating snacks like vanilla wafer cookies, muffins and breads from scratch that didn’t include preservatives and other additives like the grocery store brands. Being a “Pinterest mom” has also fueled a desire for being creative and adding various new techniques and projects to her recipe box.

Nothing But Crumbs began when a New Year’s project to make macarons for the first time turned into a huge and tasty success! Through social media, people were excited to see something different and inquired about the macarons, both to ask what they were, but also to try them. The response was overwhelming and after making a large batch of macarons for a friend’s event, word spread and the need for tasty treats grew!

Maggie works to fulfill orders from her home kitchen. Being a lifelong learner, she’s taken on this new endeavor as a challenge and has been expanding her repertoire by taking online courses to fine tune techniques and recipes. Sharing this passion with others and watching people enjoy baked goods is always the goal!
